Account Handler Administrator

We are on the lookout for a dedicated, organised and career-driven individual to provide key support to the wider team.


  • Using various online systems to generate quotations
  • Providing binder quotes and renewal terms
  • Contacting Insurers to obtain new quotations or renewal terms
  • Google image searching for Cladding, Render, Flat Roofs, Grade Listing
  • Providing back up support for the Directors & Officers Liability scheme
  • Placing and issuing client packs from Circus, and raising the invoices from Sage
  • Assisting the team with various other tasks required as and when needed
  • Checking various documents and spreadsheets
  • Developing an understanding of relevant services and procedures in order to assist account handlers


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
  • A good working knowledge of common IT packages is imperative, such as excel and word
  • Have the ability to efficiently manage a varied workload, whilst working towards strict deadlines
  • A minimum of 1-year Insurance experience would be advantageous
