Job description: Search Consultancy are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a services organisation based in Derby City Centre. Your Profile

My client will consider qualified by experienced candidate as well as part qualified. As you will be working closely with external stakeholders you must display excellent communication capabilities and be confident in your approach.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join this team as they continue to experience organic growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the finance manager and have full autonomy in the following:

  • Assisting with monthly management accounts
  • Posting journals
  • Analysing adhoc data for investigation
  • Accruals and prepayments / balance sheet reconciliations
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal colleagues
  • General ledger accounting

Salary

£35,000 – 40,000 DOE plus full study support and excellent company benefits
