Business Analyst

Location – West Yorkshire – Remote First

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst on the lookout for a new role? The Bridge IT has an exciting new role with a leading organisation based within the UK Healthcare sector.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between the Business and Technology teams, playing a key role in influencing change across the organization.

Main duties:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, helping to identify opportunities to streamline business processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations with confidence, communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the organization to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Documenting and mapping ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and resolving specific issues that may impact business outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will be confident using Outlook and Office 365.

The role will be remote first, with the occasional travel to the West Yorkshire Site.
