  • Can you co-ordinate several fast-paced projects at once for developer and tier 1 contractor clients?

You will be joining a long-serving and tightly knit team who are responsible for delivering projects on a national scale for one of the UK’s leading temporary buildings specialists. Installing temporary offices, welfare and security facilities for use across the construction, development and events markets.

Managing from 3-5 projects at any one time, you will be supported by a team of directly employed and freelance site managers whilst being mentored by a highly experienced operations manager. Your organisational skills will be essential in co-ordinating activities on sites around the UK to ensure that buildings are installed to tight deadlines.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Liaising with internal production and logistics teams to manage availability and delivery of buildings
  • Co-ordinating transport and lifting activities in line with installation programmes
  • Maintaining a constant ‘look ahead’ report to anticipate challenges and actions
  • Working closely with the commercial department to manage the financial performance of projects
  • Visiting live projects on a regular basis to attend site progress meetings and liaise with your site managers
  • Working as a client liaison to manage and develop relationships

Essential Qualifications:

  • Black or Gold CSCS card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ 6 or 7 in Construction Management
  • CPCS Appointed Person for Lifting
