Job description: We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HSEQ Team based in Larbert as a Document and Systems Controller.

This is a Hybrid position with a mix of Office and Home-Based working, the hours for this role are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday. The proposed Start Date for this role will be Early April 2024.

Reporting to the Management Systems & Assurance Manager, the Document & Systems controller’s primary focus is to manage and maintain the Certas Energy UK Ltd document storage solution and the documents contained within the library. This role will be responsible for the full portfolio of documents across the Certas Energy UK Ltd business, ensuring that they are controlled and compliant with internal and external standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 450001 & 50001).

The Document & Systems controller will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that document creation, modification, publish, review and archive takes place in compliance with defined internal process.

Furthermore, they will work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure that key documentation is available on a self-serve basis.

Interested? We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft SharePoint Document Library.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerBi.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be extremely accurate and methodical.
  • Auditor qualification (Desired but not mandatory)
