Job description: Lead Product Designer – £95,000 + Equity + Benefits

London-based (3 days PW in the office)

Futureheads are currently partnered with an impressive start-up, building a product that powers all facets of high value investment deals and acquisitions.

You’ll be design hire number 2, and working alongside an awesome Head of Design to unpack and solve some hugely complex product and design challenges as part of a small (but growing) Product and Engineering squad. The team is currently 14 people currently, and due to continue scaling throughout 2023/24.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be primarily responsible for helping shape and executing on the Design vision for the business; from informing their approach to User Research to crafting beautifully intuitive interfaces for complex user-cases and flows – Ultimately you will thrive on owning end-to-end design and launching products/features to market.

Expected salary: £70000 – 95000 per year
