Hours: 8:45am – 6pm Monday – Friday

Salary: £22,000 plus commission

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Consultant for a market-leading independent estate agency with branches based in the South-West London area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Skillfully negotiating leases to ensure optimal outcomes for both tenants and landlords.
  • Conducting viewings in a professional manner, aiming for the best possible results.
  • Managing pre-tenancy paperwork efficiently.
  • Uploading property listings onto primary portals.
  • Registering applicants and addressing walk-ins with professionalism.
  • Providing an exceptional standard of service consistently.
  • Contributing to achieving the highest market share and fostering a reputation for delivering a quality, reliable, and results-driven service.

Person Specification

  • Advantageous to have experience in a similar Lettings Negotiator role.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ambitious and eager to advance within the lettings industry.

Expected salary: £22000 per year
