Job description: Just Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing organisation based on the outskirts of Sudbury – looking to add a Marketing Manager to its long-standing team.

The key purpose of this role is to support the business with both online and offline marketing – you will be a creative individual who can bring ideas and skills to the vibrant business.

Key duties include:

  • Customer communication to inform, drive website traffic and increase sales, including but not limited to email newsletters, social media content, direct marketing etc.
  • Paid marketing, including but not limited to social media advertising, Google Adwords, print media
  • Managing public relations for the company’s brands
  • Creation of assets for marketing purposes, including but not limited to photography, video content, digital assets and marketing leaflets with the assistance of a freelance designer if required
  • Creation of assets for sales purposes, including but not limited to product labels, product packaging and product manuals with the assistance of a freelance designer if required
  • Content creation, including but not limited to social media content, blog posts, website pages, printed materials
  • Assisting in market research projects
  • Providing marketing materials such as homepage banners to the Ecommerce Product Manager
  • Working with the Ecommerce Product Manager to run promotions for the Ecommerce Department
  • Writing case studies, marketing copy and news items for Russell Scientific
  • Managing a social media content calendar and posting for multiple social media accounts
  • Regular marketing reporting looking at key data such as sales figures, advertising performance, return on investment and customer insights using Google Analytics and website data
