Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of lead Modern Workplace Solution Architect to join the Architecture Group of DXC’s Major Public Sector Account. The client is focused on a major transformation program of their IT estate. The candidate will need to work directly with the client and with Key DXC stakeholders to help lead, develop and implement a roadmap for the Modern Workplace transformation stream.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

A good knowledge and proven track record of delivering Modern Workplace solutions in the enterprise setting.

Creation of HLD/LLD documentation.

Knowledge of Microsoft Product Roadmap for Windows 10/Desktop services.

Strong knowledge of O365, Teams, SharePoint/One Drive/Exchange.

Active Directory.

Modern Device Management.

Virtual Device Infrastructure (VDI) Citrix/VMWare Horizon.

Windows Servers and Azure.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.

Networking.

Good interpersonal skills for communicating with management, employees and third parties.

Strong communication skills.

Good organization and personnel management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
