Working as part of the international customer services team, this role will involve speaking with customers in both English and another language to provide a first-class service. Do you have self-motivation with a great eye for detail with strong multi-tasking skills?

What will you be doing as a international customer service advisor?
Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalation point
Update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers.
Monitor, report and investigate customer complaints, such as damaged products, delivery issue, installation issues, etc.
Excellent communication skills with the other departments, especially the Warehouse, the Account Management team and the Product team
Excellent customer service skills
Strong and effective organising, planning and process work methods.
Experience of working with a variety of customers (Internal and External) and communicating professionally at all times both on the telephone and via email.
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries over the phone, or by email.
Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
Build relationships with customers.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers

What are we looking for?
Nice to have – Fluent in German, Spanish, French or Italian (oral and written) or any other languages
Excellent team working skills
A good degree of computer literacy, with a comprehensive working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent communication skills and IT skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience working within a customer service role on an international basis
