We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Kettering, Northamptonshire for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

The position offers flexible working hours around existing commitments such as the school. For a full time role the Vet works 4 long days per week from 9am – 7pm with a 1:3 Saturday morning rota with time off in lieu once worked.

The role

  • Small Animal role.
  • The role offers a 4 day working week a 1:3 Saturday morning rota with time off in lieu once worked.
  • The role will involve a mixture of carrying out consultations, inpatient care and surgery. They will work closely with the rest of the team and provide a high standard of care.
  • Areas of special interest – up to certificate level will be supported.
  • Flexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work / life balance. EG Rota to work around the school run / holidays /lifestyle.
  • The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.
  • The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.
