Job description: ACR have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager working with a large scale residential developer who require a freelance Site Manager to oversee new RC frame housing scheme in North West London
The ideal candidate will have exposure in management and working on similar new build residential projects and be capable of both the external and internal elements of the new build process.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading developer/contractor that is experiencing a boom in workload who can offer long term careers with good prospects for progression.
Qualification Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Up to date relevant knowledge of NHBC rules and regulations
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
