The main purpose of the role will be to build a picture of whether or not our clients are receiving the best possible service by interpreting the data and reports from various sources and working with managers in all areas across the business to implement positive changes to the service they provide.

This is hybrid role, predominantly based from home with occasional travel to one of our offices in either Southampton/ Bristol/ London each month.
What you’ll be doing:
- Using information and data from various platform to identify trends in service performance
- Support the wider business by making recommendations to improving processes
- Help move all business area towards ISO9001 certification
- Review quality management strategy and make sure processes are kept up to date
- Support with new business initiatives and projects
What you’ll bring:
- Effective report writing skills
- The ability to analyse and interpret data
- Experience of presenting to senior managers or SLT
- Basic understanding ISO standards
- Evidence of implement process improvements
It would be great if you had:
- Completed ISO related courses
- Experience as a qualified auditor
- Data analysis qualifications
