Job description: RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – SOLICITOR / CLC / LEGAL EXECUTIVE – LEICESTERSHIRE THE FIRM – Established for over 10 years – Fantastic reputation in local community – Solid client base – Busy and expanding THE ROLE – You will manage a caseload consisting of the full range of residential property transactions (including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership – You will be based in the office to greet clients and offer advice on their transactions in person ABOUT YOU – You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer – You will have experience of managing your own caseload consisting of the full range of transactions – You will have a friendly and approachable manner – You will be experienced in delivering strong client service FURTHER INFORMATION – Salary is highly competitive and in line with experience – Office based role – 28 days annual leave + bank holidays – Good scope for career progression with an expanding firm If you are interested in this opportunity and you have the pre-requisite experience, please send your up-to-date CV to carlaudall@bcllegal.com.
