Job description

​London’s most successful Executive Architectural practice is known for planning and delivering signature landmark projects on behalf of more than 30 highly acclaimed architectural practices.

With over 35 employees, this practice was an early adopter of Revit, they have an extensive portfolio of projects involving lots of conceptual re-design and technical detailing work taking schemes through planning and construction phases.

Due to an increased pipeline of work, there is an urgent need to hire a Revit Architects and Technologists with strong Revit skills to provide technical support on several large-scale highly complex Education, Office Workplace and Residential projects through post planning RIBA stages 3-5, including some façade works, interiors and package delivery on a long-term contract/freelance basis.

We are looking for talented Revit Architects and Technologists with a high proficiency in Revit, an understanding of Keynotes used with NBS and proven experience/understanding of working on large scale or highly complex projects within any sector.

Please note that these positions are urgent and therefore we can only consider Revit Architects and Technologists who are either immediately available or have a relatively short notice period of up to 4 weeks.

The initial contract duration is for 3-6 months on an hourly rate PAYE, along with genuine possibilities of leading to long term or permanent positions in the future.

This client offers hybrid working typically 3 days in their EC1 office and 2 days from home, circa 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Expected salary: £25 – 30 per hour
