We have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, highly organised and dynamic individual to lead our Safe Homes Team. We are currently seeking an individual to provide a high quality specialist service focusing on building safety and compliance. You will lead on ensuring our high risk buildings are compliant and that people living in, working in or visiting our properties are safe.
You will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with ability to learn new systems. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and various contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy and analytical skills.
Experience of undertaking co-ordination activity, data returns, and assistance in writing reports and submissions on behalf of the service will be required. You will also be required to undertake basic finance activities and support with maintaining records; attention to detail is therefore vital.
You should be confident and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will need to work effectively as part of a team and also with our partners in addition to taking on individual responsibilities relating directly to building safety.
A Basic DBS check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
