This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who specialises in luxury care homes as well as commercial and industrial builds.
Our client is looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on schemes valued between £5-15mil. This is an 18-month contract with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Experience required for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Contracting/development experience
- Design and build experience is essential
- Degree qualified
