Position: Freelance or Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead an ongoing heavy civil engineering project.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

Commercial management

Financial reporting

Contract knowledge

Valuation and payments

Contract valuations

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying

10+ years civil engineering experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.

Worked on major civils projects previously.

Worked for a main contractor as a Senior QS

Knowledge of relevant contracts including JCT/NEC/PPC

Need experience in Heavy Civils
