This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who specialises in high residential projects.
Our client is looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a residential project valued between £5-15m. This is a 18-30 month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Reporting into the Commercial Manager.
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Experience required for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Contracting/development experience
- Residential experience is preferred but not essential
