Job description: Your role

In the role of a Principal/ Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

  • Should have experience of at least one end to end implementation project in S/4HANA
  • Strong Delivery and service management experience
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to take a problem work with technical and functional SME and draw up solutions presentations
  • Good Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in Finance area
  • Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules MM, WM and SD
  • Exposure to ABAP development and debugging.
  • Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.

This role would suit an experienced consultant with big 4 experience who is a natural problem solver and can draw up solution presentations for end client and stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in working in Global delivery model (GDM) will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
