My Client are a Tier 1 Main Contractor that operate throughout the UK on a range of major projects across varied sectors: High-Rise Living, Commercial, Healthcare, Student Accommodation, Pharma etc. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join a the Yorkshire Division working on small works and refurbishment / fit-out on a high tech manufacturing facility on North Yorkshire.

Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will have a track-record of delivering Small works / fitout builds from inception to completion up to £5m
  • Possess SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness
  • Great communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • UK Driving License
