Job title: Site Manager – Commercial Fitout (Airport experience essential)

Job description: O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work for reputable contractor in Manchester. Experience working on an Airport is essential.

Our client requires a professional manager to assist with the delivery of this prestigious commercial project.

  • Freelance position for approximately 20 months.
  • Report into Site & Project Managers on a daily basis.
  • To take full responsibility of quality control and management trades of this large project.
  • Trade background such as Carpentry preferred.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process
  • Has been involved at a senior level in medium (£50m+)
  • SMSTS & CSCS minimum, 1st Aid preferable.
