Job description: Our Client is a contractor seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor/Commissioning Engineer to work on Waste Water Treatment Plants .This is a great opportunity if you are seeking a freelance position offering an initial 6 months of work with a view to extend.
Job Description:
Some of the main duties for this role include:
o Overseeing installing of M&E installation of a WWTP
o Extensive knowledge of the scheme programme and what its objectives are
o Liaise directly with the clients PM Client on a day to day basis
o Update and maintain of SHEQ Documents and procedures promoting best practice to achieve high KPI scores
o Chair weekly construction meetings with Untied Utilities, record minutes and action log
o Produce Weekly Lookaheads
o Development of RAMS and review and approval of sub-contractors
o Be knowledgeable of the Standards for Contract Forms and documentation
o Enforce all H & S related manners on site
o Liaise with civil colleagues and sub-contractors
o Site inductions
o Efficient management of onsite labour
o Programme review with PM to ensure effective management of On-site labour
o Liaison with PM/Electrical design to develop Cable schedules
Requirements
Experience Required:
– -Site/Commissioning experience
– -Waster water background
– -Previously supervised M&E installation of WWTP
– -Water treatment experience
