Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Lancaster who offer a full range of specialities including cardiology, cosmetic aesthetic surgery, ENT, general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedics, and urology. They 25 en-suite private rooms, one operating theatre, seven consulting rooms, a minor operations and endoscopy suite and a fully equipped physiotherapy suite. At present, they are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join working on the hospital wards.
The Candidate
Our client is happy to consider nurses from all backgrounds as they can offer full training and support. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver care that promotes patient health, assess, implement and evaluate to deliver centric patient care. You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.
This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours per week with flexible shift pattern covering a mixture of early, lates and nights.
Role Requirements
- Fully qualified RGN
- NMC registered
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
